Famed as the “barometer” of Chinese food industry, China National Sugar and Alcoholic Commodities Fair was held in Chengdu(capital of Sichuan province) from April 02 to 09.China Food and Drinks Fair (CFDF) started in 1955 and is one of the largest professional events with the longest history in China. CFDF is organized by China Sugar and Wine Group Corporation twice a year in spring and autumn respectively. The present CFDF has a total exhibition area of over 100,000m2, around 3,000 exhibitors and 150,000 professional purchasers, which is an exhibition event of Chinese food and drinks industry with a long history, a large scale and far-reaching influence. Its original aspiration of serving the industry development, national economic development and social development remains unchanged.
